Pedro Agudelo
ADJUNCT MENTOR
Rev. Dr. Pedro Agudelo was born in Colombia. He migrated to the United States in 1981. He worked in the New York City public school system for 30 years as an educator. He has been married for 38 years with Estela Saenz-Agudelo and they have four adult children.
He has been pastoring Iglesia de Cristo la Roca for 25 years in Queens Village, New York City. He also serves as Coordinator for the Hispanic Ministries of the Reformed Church of America and as a Clerk for the Classis of Queens (RCA).
He graduated from Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1987 and received his Master of Education in 1991. He received his Master of Divinity from New Brunswick Theological Seminary in 2015 and his Doctor of Ministry from Western Theological Seminary in 2022. He also serves as a recruiter and facilitator for New Brunswick Theological Seminary's pastor initiative called The WELL Program.

William Fullilove
ADJUNCT MENTOR
The Rev. Dr. William Fullilove is the Executive Pastor at McLean Presbyterian Church in McLean, VA, where he also serves as the Principal and Senior Fellow of The Washington Institute for Faith, Vocation, and Culture. He also serves as the Professor of Old Testament and Dean of Students at Reformed Theological Seminary, New York City and as the Old Testament General Editor of the forthcoming 60-volume Reformed Exegetical and Theological Commentary on Scripture series to be published by Crossway.
Dr. Fullilove is an ordained pastor in the Presbyterian Church in America and a member of the Board of Christianity Explored USA. Dr. Fullilove is also certified as a Belbin Team Roles Consultant, a Highlands Ability Battery Consultant, an MCORE Coach, an EQi and EQi 360 Assessor, and a SIMA (System for Identifying Motivating Abilities) In-House Field Associate. He is a member of the Society of Biblical Literature, the Institute for Biblical Research, and the Evangelical Theological Society. Bill and his wife Jill have two children.

Jay Harvey
ADJUNCT MENTOR
Rev. Dr. Jay Harvey has over two decades of experience in pastoral ministry. He is currently an Assistant Pastor and the Scholar in Residence at Exilic Church in Manhattan. From August 2018 to May 2024 he served as Assistant Professor of Pastoral Theology and Executive Director of Reformed Theological Seminary in New York City. At RTS Jay taught courses in Communication, Leadership and Discipleship, Sanctification, and the Image of God in Ministry. At RTS he oversaw a significant expansion of the program’s diversity of students, curricular offerings, and number of ministry partners. He was the Founding Director of RTS’ Center for the Bible in New York City.
Throughout his ministry, Jay has always had a particular interest in leadership development and mentoring. He is a graduate of Princeton University (A.B. ‘95)—where he was mentored by LGM Founder and Director, Matt Ristuccia—Reformed Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and Erskine Theological Seminary (D.Min.). He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Systematic Theology at Aberdeen University.
Jay and his wife Melody live in Manhattan. They have four children, the youngest of which is a rising senior in high school.

Melody Harvey
ADJUNCT MENTOR
Melody is an Adjunct Mentor for Linden Grove Ministries. She graduated from Columbia College (BA, Speech Language Pathology) and the University of South Carolina (MSP). She is currently enrolled at Hunter College in New York City as a studio art major. Melody worked for many years as a home educator and worked behind the scenes with compassionate care. She has also found herself in discipleship roles with other women over the years. She has edited one published book as well as other writing projects. She recently obtained her certification to administer the Emotional Quotient Inventory and looks forward to using it as she serves in ministry.
Melody and her husband Jay have been married for 27 years and have 3 adult children and 1 teenager. They also have a Havanese puppy named Leo. They love working in ministry together and will be starting a couples cohort with LGM this Fall. They are also currently planting a church in Midtown Manhattan.

Glenn Hoburg
ADJUNCT MENTOR
Glenn Hoburg is Senior Pastor of the Grace DC Network, and Lead Pastor of Grace Downtown, Washington, DC (est. 2003). Prior to that, Glenn started RUF at Harvard University (1997-2003), and served as an Assistant Pastor at Christ the King, PCA (Cambridge, MA).
He and his wife Meg attended Covenant Seminary and served at churches in Nashville, TN and St. Louis, MO. They have two adult daughters. When he's not doing ministry, Glenn enjoys playing guitar and gigging around DC.

Zifus James
ADJUNCT MENTOR
With over two decades in pastoral ministry, Zifus James currently serves on the pastoral staff at Staunton Grace Covenant Church. Additionally, he provides leadership at Southeastern Caribbean College, focusing on equipping leaders. Internationally, he trains pastoral leaders through the GProCommission. Zifus holds a bachelor’s degree in theology, a master’s in educational administration, and a PhD in theology. Passionate about fostering global church well-being, he particularly focuses on nurturing healthy pastoral leaders in regions like the Caribbean, Africa, India, and Nepal.
Married for 18 years to Shelly-Ann James, they have raised four children. His life’s mission centers on building a stronger, healthier church, globally impacting lives with the transformative power of the Gospel.

Germán Ricca
ADJUNCT MENTOR
Germán Ricca, born in Córdoba, Argentina, encountered Jesus at 15, leading him to pursue pastoral ministry and missions. He served as a youth pastor and associate pastor for 17 years at Ministerio La Gracia de Cristo. He founded Christ for the City International in Argentina, focusing on urban missions, and has traveled globally to teach and mobilize the Church for the Great Commission.
Now based in Omaha, USA, he serves as an associate pastor at Harvest Church and an adjunct mentor while completing his Master’s in Transformational Leadership at Bakke Graduate University.

Karina Heredia Ricca
ADJUNCT MENTOR
Karina H. Ricca is a seasoned translator and interpreter who has had the privilege of working with well-known ministries and renowned Christian writers. Her translation work is always guided by a desire to glorify God. But Karina’s calling goes beyond language; she is also deeply committed to preaching, teaching, and mentoring. She has taught women from Latin America and Asia in expository preaching and has mentored leaders from various parts of Latin America, equipping them to serve their churches more effectively. Her passion for serving the church and God’s people drives her to lead others in their spiritual growth, always striving to honor God in everything she does.
Karina is married to Germán, who serves as an Associate Pastor in a church in Omaha, Nebraska, where they currently live. They have two young adult children. Karina was born and raised in Argentina.
